ok guys first thing u have to do is whenever u see a chobot dating or doin somthin bad u should report them as fast as u can.Number two whenever u seea new chobot which is considerd 1-10 days i will guess u shoukd ask them if they have any questions or need a tour.Another thing is spamming which is "hello hello hello" that is considerd spamming so dont spam :).If u are doing these rules keep it up and one day u might become a agent.
